Instructor Recruitment Criteria
Please make sure that you meet the following criteria.
- Applicants must have completed madrasa education and received an ijazah, or completed higher education or specialization in a relevant field.
- A diploma or ijazah proving graduation must be submitted together with the CV.
- CVs are reviewed in detail; a reference from a recognized scholar is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge and teaching experience in Islamic disciplines such as Arabic, tafsir, hadith, fiqh and kalam are preferred.
- Authorship of scholarly works or participation in significant academic studies is preferred.
- A foreign instructor whose native language is Arabic may be appointed for conversation and practical Arabic classes.
- Exemplary character, good ethics, sound judgment and having no condition that prevents teaching are important.
