The program aims to

The DİDAR University Program aims for university students to advance in Arabic and Islamic studies using classical sources. Lessons are planned within a system spanning several years, where students gradually deepen their knowledge in Qur'an, Arabic, Tafsir, Hadith, Fiqh, Usul, and specialization courses.

1st Year Course Flow

  • Holy Qur'an: Correction of pronunciation, Tajwid, and Qur'an memorization review
  • Language: Al-Arabiyyah Bayna Yadayk and Silsilat al-Lisan
  • Morphology (Sarf): Amsilah, Bina', Maqsud, and Izzi
  • Syntax (Nahw): Awamil, Awamil al-Jurjani, Sharh al-Ajurrumiyyah, and Tuhfat as-Saniyyah
  • Introductory courses in literature, Fiqh, history of prophets, Tafsir, Sirah, and Aqidah

2nd Year Course Flow

  • Fiqh: Quduri
  • Tafsir: Al-Futuhât al-Ilâhiyyah
  • Hadith methodology (Usul al-Hadith): Manzumat al-Bayquniyyah and Taysir Mustalah al-Hadith
  • Hadith: Tajrid as-Sarih Bukhari and Mishkat al-Masabih
  • Nahw and Aqidah texts

3rd Year Course Flow

  • Tafsir: Al-Futuhât al-Ilâhiyyah and Tafsir an-Nasafi
  • Hadith and Usul al-Hadith texts
  • Fiqh: Advanced sections of Quduri
  • Nahw: Sharh Qatr an-Nada and Qawa'id al-I'rab
  • Aqidah: Sharh of Aqidat at-Tahawiyyah and Fiqh al-Akbar

Academic Calendar for the 4st Year

  • Tafsir al-Nasafi
  • Fiqh, Personal Status, and Usul al-Fiqh Lessons
  • Qawa'id (Arabic grammar), Munazara (debate), Mantiq (logic), and Balagha (rhetoric)
  • Classical Text Analysis and Discussion Sessions

5th-Year Specialization Program

  • Tafsir: Tafsir al-Baydawi
  • Fiqh: Al-Hidaya
  • Usul al-Fiqh: Manar al-Anwar
  • Hadith: Muwatta
  • Specialized lessons in Fara'id (inheritance), Usul al-Fatwa (principles of issuing religious edicts), Usul al-Tafsir (principles of Quranic exegesis), and Aqa'id (creed)

Application and Calendar

Applications are accepted between August 15 and August 2026 - 20, 2026, according to the 2026 application calendar. Results will be announced on August 24, 2026, interviews will be conducted on August 28-29, 2026, and classes will begin on September 7, 2026.
